Where Thinking is Healing...

You do not have to do this - to live your life - alone. There is help. There is someone to listen, to relieve the tightness in your chest, to restore unconditional positive regard, to believe in you until you can again, and to help you do your best thinking about how you want to change your life instead of trying to change others.

SERVICES

Why Psychotherapy?
Life presents challenges that can overwhelm our usual coping strategies. Whether facing anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, or major life transitions, therapy provides a supportive space to process emotions, develop new insights, and build practical skills for wellbeing. Professional guidance helps unlock your innate capacity for healing and growth.

Why Philosophical Counseling?
Some of life's deepest questions can't be resolved through emotional processing alone. Philosophical counseling helps examine the beliefs, values, and reasoning patterns that shape your choices and worldview. Through structured dialogue and critical thinking, you'll gain clarity on personal ethics, life purpose, and decision-making – moving from "what am I feeling?" to "how should I live?"

CONFIDENTIALITY

Sometimes people ask, "Is therapy confidential?" The answer? Yes!

And the same is true for philosophical counseling and coaching.

The law protects the relationship between a client and a mental/behavioral health professional, and information cannot be disclosed without written permission.

While there are exceptions, particularly when there is suspected or disclosed abuse, injury, or harm, unless prohibited by law, all therapy is strictly confidential.
